Item was shippped promptly and arrived as-described. Item is indeed a REAL Geiger counter, complete with a Chinese glass M4011 beta-gamma tube, and it does detect radiation. It's very slow to take readings and the battery is downright tiny (0.75 Watt-hours) and the display is a bit wonky and the manual is trash , but it DOES work...
