I discovered the battery I ordered was to big to fit into its locker however, on contacting James nothing was too much trouble to rectify the situation , and was able to go to his premises and swap the battery for 2 smaller ones, giving me the same wattage capacity. If your looking for a lithium battery at a great price with exceptional customer service, then don't look elsewhere. I would definitely use and recommend James for anyone looking to purchase a lithium battery. 5 stars.
