abbiamo sempre risposto,ovviamente a tempo debito e di seguito ad altri messaggi di altri utenti, il 1° problema e stato causato da ebay che ha emesso uno sconto a vostro favore nn autorizzato ed abbiamo dovuto prima sistemare la cosa,2° problema si e smarrita la spedizione ed abbiamo provveduto a spedirne un altro totalmente a nostre spese. tutto questo siete sempre stati messi a conoscenza di tutto. rispetatte chi lavora e siate piu comprensivi in casi come questo perche puo sempre capitare.
