I initially bought this reel for parts . It definitely went swimming and at $6.00 I was taking a chance there wouldn’t be any usable parts . I was pleasantly surprised that it was salvageable and instead of parting it out I cleaned it and put new drag washers in it ! I now have a good reel ready to fish again !
