What I bought was listed as free shipping, but only free from where they said it was free. They are in England and I'm in the US. So, in order to get it, I had to pay an additional amount through PayPal, very fishy. Since I already paid in full for the item, I was bend over a barrel. It also took longer for them to send it, 4 additional days just to put it in the post. They should have paid the additional charge/shipping. I doubt I'd do business with them again, despite their rating.

Nightmare buyer. I said that shipping to the US wasn't free and offered a refund. You wanted the item. The post office said it’d cost £22.35. You sent £16 via paypal, and I posted it on Monday (well within 3-5 working days of payment received). I personally covered £6.35. I can't help how long the item takes to travel the atlantic. If you wanted expedited shipping, you could have requested it, but seeing how much you have complained over £16 in shipping, I doubt you would’ve paid for it.
