I ordered a new pair of heated grips. I received a opened box that someone had obviously returned and it had a label on the package from another retailer. I ordered NEW...Not New Other....Not New Old Stock and certainly not a used pair of Avon grips. Read the reviews on the motorcycle forums. These guys have a horrible reputation. It's NOT worth saving a few bucks. Even paid extra for fast shipping. They sent it regular post. I'm still waiting for my refund they've had it 7 days.
