Wouldn't consider this brand new, as it has corrosion from sitting for a long time. The description was lacking, as it was only a picture of the back of the package. There were zip ties cover most of the important information. It was not worth the price plus shipping for the condition that it was in. I could have purchased a similar item for a little more in pristine condition.
