Contacted this buyer to understand why the feedback was positive, yet neutral and they stated that even though i shipped the item fast that i didnt deserve a positive feedback. Their reason is that the shipping was too high and that the shoes werent in great shape. Their entitled responce was over shipping prices I DO NOT control, and i was blamed that they had to pay so much for shipping and that i should have made it free ship. THEN WHY DID YOU BUY IT? The shoes showed CLEARLY all details.
