The seller advertised this as brand new and factory sealed, but when it arrived, it was a used copy that was not sealed and has finger print smudges on the DVD, some sort of smudge on the inside of the case, and obvious signs of wear on the cover and book. Seller said he would refund the money, but to date, ignored my request to resolve. He has not refunded the money and left with a used copy of the program, but paid for brand new copy. I have to ask EBAY to step in and resolve.
