The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to the distance-selling operation of R and J E'Trading, Including Rob and Jayne’s Electronics Inc Collectables and cover all sales to its customers (you) through the eBay site as well as orders from other sites.

Buying

Delivery
 
Products are delivered to the delivery address given when the order was placed. Delivery is processed same or next day, no collections or deliveries are made Saturday or Sunday

If you are paying by cheque, your order will be processed only on when your cheque has cleared.
 
Delivery times are calculated from the date your cheque clears and may therefore differ from times indicated when you placed your order

Goods supplied by Rob and Jayne’s are guaranteed against defects for a total of 31 days.
 
You have 31 working days from the date of receipt to inform us of any defect with the product.
 
Overseas buyers will be liable for the cost of return postage. Refunds will be made to the same account as payment made otherwise a refund will be made by cheque upon receipt of the returned goods

This Agreement shall be construed and performed in accordance with and shall be governed by English law and you should submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts
 
Distance selling. Applies to Buy It Now’s only and not items purchased via auction.
 
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the Order and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges.
 
Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us the goods must be returned at your cost. If you are not able to return the goods we can arrange to collect the goods and deduct the direct cost from the refund. An item must be in the same condition as when received ALL leads remotes etc must be included any missing item/s will be charged at cost.
