Unfortunately, we had to cancel the order because we discovered damage and we do not ship damaged items. We wrote the buyer and notified them of the situation and they were fully refunded. We never received any response from the buyer. We wish the buyer would have written us before leaving any feedback but instead they decided to leave negative/neutral feedback even though we were trying our best to provide good customer service.
