I have contacted this seller concerning this star sapphire which has a back side which is severely cracked with a chunk falling out. An attempt has been made by the seller or previous owners to glue it back together. One crack can be seen continuing into the front. The seller replied by eBay messaging that I should keep the sapphire because he/she depicted the cracked front on eBay. The seller does not intend to "make it right".
