Item was packaged well and arrived in good condition. Haven't been able to test just yet, but it looks practically brand new. It obviously was inserted into a motherboard at some point as I can see the light marks from the PCI connector, but 0 dust or any other signs of use. This card should be good in my later 90's system as it has very good DOS compatibility for a PCI card and works great in Windows 98.
