There is nothing to communicate about. Shipping was pre-quoted before the buyer bid. It was not exorbitant. It was calculated by size and weight through ebay's calculator. After he got it, he tried to extort money. When that didn't work, he created a fraudulent return. All law enforcement agencies recommend not negotiating with extortionists. We don't play ball. We will never play ball.
