I was under the impression that I was buying books? However, tape cassettes arrived which are no earthly good to me, as I do not have a tape casette player. Some time ago the same thing happened with a DVD so returned it and heard no more about it. No money was returned. You do not distinguish clearly between books and other sources which leads to these mistakes.
