Normally, I think sellers are the caretakers of their shop, and what you see on their page has you deciding to either pay or pass, as is the whole ecosystem of buyer & seller. In this case, hunting for vintage Batman stuff, I ran across a listing for items at a great price. I hit 'Buy It Now'. Then, it was decided that the price wasn't what they wanted to list it as, and I'm getting a refund. Okay, it's a few 60-year-old rubber rings; but on a bigger listing that would be shady. So ... shady!!
