The item was as described, and arrived on time. However, the item was packed in a pouched and closed, locking it. The pouch requires a key to open (which was not provided or available). I had to cut the pouch open (destroying it) to get the camera out. It was supposed to be a gift. To their credit, they did offer a refund, but that was not the point.
