Unfortunately these were packaged so poorly that what I actually received was a box of loose ceramic gravel and a few sheets of bubble wrap. I am all for reusing boxes, but the box the seller used was torn up and clearly patched with sellotape, and far too large for the mugs, meaning they were bouncing loose. They were also each only wrapped in one small piece bubble wrap, with no securing tape. Not a single one arrived intact and most are in so many pieces they are unsalvageable. £20 wasted
