After I won the auction, I tried reaching out to the seller to make sure that this vacuum was a two speed instead of a one speed. No response whatsoever. Took forever to get it to me, and once received, it didn’t even come with the original ones for the connection between, the vacuum and the floor unit. It’s over 2 inches plus short so unless you are bent way over the connection pops, lose continuously which stops you from being able to vacuum. Not only that but I came in such poor condition!
