Good communication, general item condition as described/expected, market priced, reasonable shipping rate and arrived timely. Problem is: wood trim on corner and side of case arrived damaged. Shipping box and materials carefully prepared and arrived undamaged, so I assume seller negligence when packing. I found the pieces in the shipping materials and can glue them back on. Messaged seller with pics, no response.
