Seller prints label, shows never sent, I contact seller, said it had been sent different USPS with tracking, THEN the next day I get a postage due,(over $3) item held at post office. Why play these games, I paid close to $6 to send this small thing. I think the seller wasn't happy with the auction price. I don't know how the seller gets it back, as far as I know it will just sit at the post office in my town.

This was my first small eBay sale (in oz & $) and I clicked the wrong shipping, I didn't understand that eBay doesn't create First Class labels. I paid for a ground label but then sent it as a First Class Package costing me more thinking it would get to you sooner. I don't know why USPS asked for more postage, I've sent 5 other small items the same way and they arrived fine. I'm really sorry, I only meant to send you your item quickly. I wouldn't ruin my rating for a few extra $ and to upset you
