I bought 3 bottles, but one arrived seized closed. I messaged him for advice and the possibility of an exchange for the defective one, but he only would if I paid extra for shipping. He said if I "really want[ed] it," I would do it. I told him I wasn't comfortable paying for it since it should've been delivered to me working, and in response he said "Tired of dealing with you," and refunded it. That's acceptable, but he was honestly quite rude and I don't recommend purchasing from him.
