The good: seller issued refund in under 24hrs and didn't make me send back the (ruined) item. The bad: I ordered a 60 CD set, which was shipped as a stack of unprotected CDs that had box tape wrapped/stuck around them. This left a sticky residue on the edge of every CD and on the faces of the two outer CDs. It ruined the item... dubious the residue is removable without scratching the CDs. Regardless, I didn't purchase to have to clean. I repurchased the item elsewhere.
