I had some initial issues with the first item but the seller did all they could to create a resolve for situation.
I've owned a few of these phones but it appears that the O/S can differ from phone to phone, probably due to US / EU differences.
The Android version is 8 and there are no updates available so if you find any bugs you will have to weigh up the pro's and cons -which for me influenced my final decision to keep this phone.
It is generally is a decent device to own.

So I went to use this phone today and I didn't even get to the point of conversation before the screen failed on me. I had to wait for the persons' (who was busy) line to end the call at their end. The screen would not come back on even after multiple button presses. I had to go home and insert the charger multiple times to jump start the screen into activity. I have now requested a refund. The seller was accommodating but that doesn't really help after wasting two weeks and £35 on accessories.
