Seller notes: “This NICE! lightly used vintage CRAFTSMAN vise opens and closes smoothly without any issues at all. ... “This NICE! lightly used vintage CRAFTSMAN vise opens and closes smoothly without any issues at all. The jaws are in FANTASTIC!! lightly used condition (see pics). The face plate of the anvil on the vise has some "DING" marks on it (see pics). The swivel base also works great, and locks down tightly, with no issues at all (see pics). There's one very very minor grinder mark on the CRAFTSMAN side of the vise under the "C" (see pics). On the model # side there's also several minor ding marks on the rim of the base, and under the 8 & 0 of the model # (see pics). There are no breaks or cracks in the cast iron or steel parts. The vise still has most of its original RED paint on it, but is missing most of the red paint on the base (see pics). Very solid and a great user, or collectible vintage vise. The vise opens up to 4" wide. The jaws are 3-1/2" wide. The vise weighs in at 16 pounds 12.4 oz. The vise is 10-1/2" long x 5-3/4" tall.”
