This buyer is vindictive without cause. No attempt was made to contact me or EBAY, I checked. No return was requested and no proof the item was damaged during shipment was made. I try to list all my items as accurately as possible, had this buyer actually contacted me I would have refunded upon the return of the toy. That is EBAYS policy.
