Clock was damaged in shipping...movement separate from the case and wood holding movement cracked in half. Rather than send ir back and risk further damage to the clock, asking seller to refund postales amount so I can have clock repaired

Asked customer to provide pictures of the damaged item and to start a return. Customer replied back that they were keeping the item and that they wanted the shipping cost refunded, but they did not include any pictures showing proof of the damage. I asked again for pictures so that I could file a shipping claim and the customer did not reply.
