    Product has multiple cracks in the spring loaded arm, making it a question of time before it snaps. Also the foot is 3 milimeter taller than the original foot meaning that stitch length is shortened, this can not be adjusted. I contacted seller who was a bit condescending and suggested that the cracks happened during shipping. The package was in great shape and I can not in my wildest dreams imagine how the spring loaded part could crack other than during production. No respond from seller now

    We sold this item many times times before and all buyers were happy with their purchase. Looks like this buyer damaged the item and because he couldn`t return this item he posted negative feedback. Will report this case to eBay. Because of this buyer we removed all international shipping for these items.
