This item is just too fragile and delicate for the way it was packaged. There was too much "play" between the box and bubble wrap, which allowed the figurine to bounce all around during shipping. A heartbreaking amount of lace busted off and it looked like the bottom of a broken bag of potato chips. Not a good purchasing experience.
