My son bid on this model without my knowledge and when he won bid I send explanation to the seller immediately when I discovered it. Seller was n sense very rude by accusing me that I cause him sale. I apologized and wish the seller good fortune in sales in the future. It was taken as I making fun about this experiences and I was banned from future bidding for this seller . It is bad way to have customer service at this point and I truly wish seller good sales in future without getting personal.
