Had I done my research I would have discovered that my mac will not allow me to download Itunes so therefore it is of no use toi me. Ebay offered me 50% refund and allowed me to retain the Nano which I accepted. Perhaps I will eventually find somebody running itunes in windows. Lesson, do research first!
