Item arrived damaged. Most likely in transit. Seller was uncooperative. Had to force eBay involvement for refund and return.
Seller even opened a case to dispute refund, when damages were clearly from shipping as box was damaged in the same manner.
I buy a lot of products on eBay, and this the first time I’ve had to deal a seller not standing by their product.
Bought same product from different seller, no problems at all. Thankfully eBay has a policy to protect their buyers.
