The seller communication was excellent, shipping and delivery was fast. The Meade #495 was extremely well packed.The Meade #495 Hand box was new, but the wire that came with it, is missing the straight sections of wire close to the RJ-45 connectors. The RJ-45 connectors are replacements, as they are too big and do not clear the socket when pressing the release tab. The crimping of the connectors to the wires is not factory made.
