While it's not 100% functional(not that I was expecting it to be due to its age)it took a few tries for his voicebox to activate fully unfortunately one of his hands does not activate his voicebox(cant remember which one i borrowed batteries from my lamp to test it) and sometimes his voice will cut off on a specific line it says its only on that line though(idk if he's supposed to do that or not)for its age it works surprisingly well for being such an old toy I'd give it 4 stars overall
