Item was exactly as described and in mint condition, so really happy with actual product purchased.
Delivery was frustrating though. Was purchased on the 31st, shown as posted on the 4th (but was not in fact posted) and took numerous emails before finally being personally delivered on the 10th.

Totally fair comments. Dropped the ball here. Was purchased immediately and i didn't have sufficient packaging for a soundbar of this nature. Then covid struck the family, first my 6 month old then myself which debilitated me. Made a 2 hr round trip to personally deliver goods. Apologies again. I have a 4.9 delivery rating so an anomaly.
