Very positive regarding the seller - thimble by Wengert is in excellent condition, fully marked with no enamel damage. However, there has been a mix up between eBay and Royal Mail, so I have been charged VAT twice - once by eBay charging me 13.30 Euro (£11.22), whereas Royal Mail charged me £9.37 plus £8.00 to collect it for the Government. Funny how the two charges don't agree with each other, and, if eBay is adding a percentage on to cover their costs, why aren't they telling us?
