I ordered on a Tuesday and received my bag on a Thursday! The bag was packaged and protected very well which made me feel good about my purchase before I even saw the bag. Once I opened the packaging and saw the bag I was so excited and very happy with my purchase. The bag looked even better in person, there are no blemishes or tears in the canvas and it's clean inside and out. It looks like a new bag!
