Seller refused to cancel item that was not shipped. After not responding to my messages. I had to get ebay involved. Still waitfor refund almist a months later

Buyer is correct they purchased by mistake and sent us an email to cancel. Item was held at shipping. Buyer then filed a non receipt which we closed with a refund. Buyer is incorrect in saying ebay had to get involved however that is what happened.
