Seller went above & beyond: He dropped everything he was doing to find another one on a different bike he had (amazingly, the exact same stem), remove it & ship it within one day to me! Additionally, seller immediately provided all the invoice & shipping information USPS required for me to make a claim for the stolen one. So happy!!
