The instrument managed to rotate within the box which allowed the corners to be exposed to the box side ... but no problem. The cases of the Sencore's are subject to damage ... thin steel sandwiched between plastic.

Unfortunately the product (printer) was inoperable once it arrived. Notified Seller and they immediately refunded my purchase, tax, and shipping costs. Mistakes happen, and Seller stood behind their product without question, and because of that I would buy again from them.
