I had asked about the included materials, which would still be there for a store return, and there were none; I was willing to overlook that. But the drum shows extensive use-- even divots on the head. As a result I overpaid based on a misleading item description, so poor value. Drum sounds fine otherwise, and was packaged safely, if late in arriving.
