But I measured it at 21.75in, so the t-shirt only just fits. I'm happy to keep it - it's wearable, but it's right on the cusp of being nearly too small. The seller needs to be more careful when measuring as half an inch in the width can make a difference in size and fitting. Been upset to find Liquid Blue don't do my size any more for new t-shirts, so having to look to eBay for alternatives.
