      The item arrived quickly. The console was not working despite the seller listed it as tested and working . I wanted the console, so I asked for permission before starting a dispute to open the console and check if there was something wrong. The ac connector was a little bit loose, blown fuse and bad voltage regulator. Repaired and now it works. Be sure you ask this seller before bidding/buy something that is described as tested/working to avoid possible problems and returns.
