I reached out to the seller & did not receive a response, so a few days later I reached out again. Seller asked what could be done to fix the issue & make me happy, and I told him I was happy with the switch itself & asked if he could just swap out the cables. Never heard another response. The KVM itself is great and cheaper than other solutions.
