    My ornament arrived in very good condition. It was just as described in the listing and by the provided photos. The seller was a good communicator and kept me apprised at each step of the process. The only suggestion I would offer is that the December Diamonds original ornament boxes are an important part of the overall value and usually come through the shipping process better when placed in a sturdy outer box with either bubble wrap or foam peanuts surrounding them. I am overall very pleased.

Shipping box should've had some proper void fill (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, crumbled paper, etc.) to prevent item from moving around, as USPS workers tend to throw packages around like footballs. Luckily arrived safely due to short distance. Otherwise, recommended Seller.
