i ordered this item on the12 Nov it had not arrived by the 30th. i was asked if i wanted to cancel i said yes the next day they said item was shipped it arrived on the fourth. instructions were hard to understand no diagrams but a video which i don't have capability to play.

The item was packaged with a shipping label, but had not been shipped. We shipped it soon as we were made aware it hadn't been, because it was ready to go. We still offered to take it back for a full refund, including all shipping fees. Hundreds of customers have been pleased with the installation instructions and video. Not this guy.

After waiting 2 weeks, this part arrived damaged because the seller wrapped tape around it too tightly which pulled a rivet loose. He offered for me to send it back so he could fix it, but that would have taken several more weeks at his pace. He has more and could have easily sent another or asked to exchange for the one I had. I had to go buy the hardware to fix it myself.
