The items with following reasons are covered by our Refund/Return Policy:
You receive a wrong item(not the item you ordered or wrong color for example).
The item does not match the listing description.
You receive a damaged or defective item.
You never receive the item because the package is lost in transfer.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your receipt of the order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. such as customized costumes. clearance items and gift cards.
 
There are certain situations where are not covered by our Refund/Return Policy:
 
Customized Products.
Used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.

Ich war auch erstaunt, wie angenehm und locker/leicht sich die ganzen Stücke angefühlt haben. Der Mantel fühlt sich schwer an und "flattert" trotzdem schön beim gehen (-; Preis/Leistung absolut großartig. Bin sehr zufrieden

    The shipping was, considering it was half around the world, quite fast and without any issues (10 days with weekend between buying and the final delivery). The quality itself is great as well, it's made of quite lightwheight material so summer days won't be a problem. Only small issue might be the holes for the buttons at the shirt and the vest which have some strains standing out. But with that price it's something really minor. Good shop for the next time!!
