!!! Avoid waisted time !!! I received item which was completely different from photos and description and without original packaging and part nr no apologies bunch of lies instead of professional service and big problems with refund after return !!!! completely not acceptable customer services , avoid at all costs !!!!

The item was slightly different to what was pictured. The manufacturer changed the design slightly. We sent a returns label to the customer for the return postage to be free. The item was received back to us and refunded within 24 hours which is well within eBays return policy. The customer was constantly messaging us, we have over 300 messages a day and get back to customers as soon as we can. We reply normally within 4 hours of a message.
