Payment
If you are to win this item please pay promptly by PayPal (within 3 days). I will accept cheques, but will not dispatch the goods until funds have cleared.
 
Delivery
Goods are normally dispatched the day of receiving payment. (Providing Payment is received before 14.00hrs. However, occasionally it may take longer - please be patient! If your goods haven't arrived within 10 days of payment, please contact me.
Delivery is generally to mainland UK. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands can be more contact me for a price, unless it is coming by post then price is the same.
If the item you order is coming by carrier, then it will generally be delivered weekdays (Mon – Fri) between 0800 and 18.00hrs . If you are going to be at work or out then please advise us at point of payment for delivery to an alternative address or we can organise a Saturday delivery but this will cost more. If delivery is requested to an alternative address we will carry out an additional security check.

Collection and Storage
Generally collection is not encouraged apart from very large items, If you do want to collect please contact us before you place your order or place bid. If collection is agreed, goods must be paid for and collected within 7 days of auction end, if not then a storage fee of £10.00 per item/consignment per week will be applied.
 
Claims for Damaged Goods
All claims for damaged goods must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods, otherwise a claim may not be honoured
