Terms and conditions of the sale
PAYMENT:
 
All goods sold through eBay must be paid using eBay payment options. No other forms of payment method are accepted. Payment for all items MUST be paid within 48 hours of committing to buy. If payment isn’t received in that time an unpaid item case will be automatically opened after 4 days. Once payment is received you will receive a VAT receipt within 7 days of your purchase to the email provided.
 
POSTAGE:
 
If payment is received before 10am on weekdays, the item will be shipped same day. After that time, all items will be shipped next working day. For items up to 2KG we generally use Royal Mail and for items over 2KG we use UPS. All international shipments will be handed by eBay Global Shipping Programme ONLY.
 
PACKAGING:
 
All items will be packed with care and attention using a mixture of new and recycled packaging. We recycle where we can but the postage cost does include a partial cost towards new packing materials. All items will be sent with a tracked and insured delivery agent and will require a signature on arrival. Should your parcel arrive damaged or faulty please take photographic evidence of any visible damage to external packaging and packed items. If you do not do this it may mean we cannot claim on courier insurance and refund your order.
 
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
 
Please be aware that to any buyers from outside the UK, we will ONLY ship using eBay Global Shipping Programme. This service incurs two sets of postage costs; One set by eBay for international leg of postage and one we set to ship the items to eBay in the UK. The amount shown on our VAT receipt will only show the amount we receive (cost of item + postage cost to eBay in the UK).
 
VAT:
 
We operate on the VAT margin scheme meaning some of our items have VAT applied and some do not which is why we show a U.K. VAT number on our business information. Items that have no VAT applied will clearly show “NO VAT” on the listing.
 
If you are purchasing outside the UK and have a EU VAT number please contact us before checkout so we can make arrangements for the correct price to be paid.
 
COLLECTION:
 
For some large items collection is possible but in most cases it is not. The listing will state if this is an option.
 
RETURNS:
 
Our returns policy is reserved for items that have faults not described on the listing. We do NOT accept returns for change of mind or any other reason. Please be aware we are always looking out for people who abuse the returns system by sending in different units or swapping parts and claiming they are faulty. All items are sent with security seals and any items that are returned which appear to have been tampered with will be rejected and will not receive a refund. If this does happen a case against you will be opened with eBay.
